How to give out the administration of my account to a gallery?
You have the option of entrusting the full administration of your account to a Gallery / Agent.
IMPORTANT: You must have confidence in the gallery or agent that will take control of your account.
What rights does this confer on the gallery? The gallery will have the ability to view, edit, add, delete all content, messages, and sales from your account. You will no longer have access to your account as an administrator but only as a visitor.
Can I recover the administration of my account? Yes, you can recover the administration of your account at any time, by logging into your account, and by revoking the administration rights of the gallery.
How to entrust the administration of my account to a gallery? You can only give the administration of your account to a gallery with whom you are already in relation, and who presents you on his account. Go to the profile of the gallery and apply as an artist (on their PRESENTATION section), or contact them and ask them to invite you.
Once you are presented by the gallery, you appear on their profile. On your profile appears the mention "Presented by gallery X". Then follow these directions:
- Go to MY ARTMAJEUR > SETTINGS > ADMINISTRATOR
- Click on the button ABANDON RIGHTS OF ADMINISTRATION
- You may need to contact us for security check, then the gallery will have full access to your account

- Click RESUME ADMINISTRATOR ACCESS
