What are we sacrificing by refusing it?
The wheel of life revolves around resources, resembling a pendulum, endlessly moving along the same trajectory.
What a pretentious and hackneyed topic of money, earnings, success. Who hasn’t written or sung about it? The theme is eternal.
What is this watercolor about? It's not about rags or riches
Not just about me (about my difficult choice in the past to take risks and follow my heart).
I am terribly sad and even angry at the endless need to change my life. Sometimes it's worth making a choice, but making sacrifices is a must.
Some sacrifice business, some sacrifice friends and relationships, and some sacrifice time and reliability. I wish us all the manifestation of a life that is fulfilling and meaningful.

Hi! I'm glad to see you here:) My name is Alexandra Savina. I'm a self-taught watercolour artist. I come from Belarus but now I live in Saint Petersburg. I haven't been paining since childhood and I don't have a diploma in arts sphere. After school I entered university and became an English teacher. While studying at university I discovered painting. I fell for it absolutely.
I've been painting for 6 years. I'd started with color pencils and finally came to watercolours. I paint with oils, oil pastels sometimes, but watercolour is my main medium. This my passion and the way of living. I learnt a lot to became a master of watercolour and I'm still learning.
The sense of my art is to give tranquillity, transmit the beauty of nature and make us think about the sense of our lives.
