Pierre Tussac, artist photographer, began his apprenticeship in the profession at the age of 16. He was introduced to photography and film laboratory techniques, working in the field of daily press and magazine press.
During his career, Pierre Tussac studied light in New York, exploring the different ways it can be captured and interpreted in his photographs. Subsequently, he became interested in publishing and explored the possibilities offered by emerging digital tools, thus opening up new horizons of artistic investigation.
For Pierre Tussac, color is a privileged pictorial language. He experiments with different techniques to sublimate shapes and colors, creating a captivating visual phantasmagoria in which everyone can get lost and find themselves.
The artist has also developed a new photographic process, apart from software such as Photoshop and other TicTok, in order to bring his creations to life. This process makes it possible to push back the limits of artistic expression, giving birth to works that transcend reality and open up new perspectives.
Pierre Tussac creates numbered photographic works, printed on fine art paper or anti-UV Metal-Dibon, thus giving his creations exceptional durability and quality. He also explores other forms of artistic expression, such as the production of performances and visual projections.
By renewing forms and techniques, Pierre Tussac aspires to another function of the artist in contemporary societies. He wishes to arouse wonder, escape and the emergence of new perspectives, thus contributing to rethinking the role of art in our modern world.
