Francesco Damosso is a passionate photographer and designer, whose work is imbued with deep personal expression. Since the age of eight, he has explored the visual arts through photography, drawing and painting, developing a particular affinity for black and white.
His artistic philosophy is reflected in his quote: "Walls and doors are made to close and limit; outside I enjoy my freedom." For Francesco, artistic expression is a way to transcend limits and express oneself freely.
He experiments with different techniques, moving from photography to painting and drawing, often merging his various forms of expression. Since the 1970s he has explored alternative techniques such as slide "burning" and callitipia, often adding touches of color by hand to enrich his creations.
Francesco is also an artisan, producing colors in an artisanal way by distilling berries and herbs, and using natural elements such as herbs and leaves to create unique works. His love for details is evident in his works, where he often captures the subtle beauty of simple things.
Despite his discretion in the artistic world, Francesco has participated in several photographic and artistic exhibitions over the years. He also created decorative signs for stores and businesses, showcasing his versatile talent and passion for artistic expression.
