Tout en étant doux au touché, le pastel a cet aspect velouté qui contraste avec l’intensité et la puissance de la couleur que j’affectionne. Ma peinture reste dans sa globalité figurative. Avec le temps elle a de plus en plus tendance à aller vers l’essentiel, retenir simplement l’émotion en supprimant les objets secondaires tout en privilégiant la couleur et la lumière. Une autre vision des éléments et des objets qui nous entourent.
