Nata a Livorno nel 1971, sono stata da sempre attratta dalla manualità. In età adolescenziale, intraprendo la scuola d'arte di Pisa corso di vetrata, frequentandola per due anni. Riprendo in seguito lo studio della scultura in creta. Per vicessuitudini della vita, mi allontano da questo mondo per anni. Un po' per gioco, ma soprattutto come evasione dalla quotidianità frenetica di ogni giorno, mi compro un blocco di argilla. Decido quindi di regalarmi magari un'ora di tempo per rinchiudermi in quello che io definirei "il mio piccolo mondo". Riprendo in mano le sgorbie, ed il legno di esse al contatto con le mie mani mi riporta indietro... Le mani scivolano ed incidono la creta, plasmandola in figure sinuose e avvolgenti. La luce, posta sopra sopra al mio piccolo tavolo disegna delle ombre, che insieme alla luminosità della lampada, mi donano prospettive e forme, che parlano di me. Spero che ciò che le mie mani creano, potranno suscitare in voi che vedete emozioni.
