From an early age, I have been captivated by animals, particularly horses, due to my upbringing in a rural area of Northeastern Ohio. Horses, with their spiritual essence, have maintained a bond with humans for millennia, making them a significant subject for me. Currently, I live in a rural area just north of Prescott, Arizona, a small paradise teeming with wildlife. From majestic elk to vibrant hummingbirds, I have started incorporating them into my work.
I have had the privilege of learning from some of the world's leading sculptors, including Diana Simpson, Sandy Scott, and Curt Mattson, who have helped refine my technique and shape my artistic identity. My sculptures, "Freedom" and "Perfect Landing," have earned 2nd Place awards in 2022 and 2024 Scottsdale Artist School’s Best and Brightest Show and Sale.
My goal is to capture the movement and grandeur of these magnificent animals, and it would be a profound honor to have one of my artworks included in your collection.
