Ben Deniz Atay. 6 Ocak 1994 doğumluyum. Resime ilgim 2018'de başladı. 2020'de ilk eserimi yaptım. En sevdiğim akım Romantizm'dir. George Stubbs, Knud Baade, Peder Mork Monsted ve Briton Rivière'den sanatsal yolculuğumda derinden etkilenmişimdir. Sanat kanımca özgür ve özgün olmalıdır. Sanatçı da yaratıcı olmalıdır. Sanat eserine yaratma kabiliyeti kadar bilgi birikimine de aktarabilmelidir. Belki biraz acımasızca olacak ama hiçbir Türk ressam -belki biraz Hoca Ali Rıza hariç- beni derinden etkilememiştir. Hayatımda bana yol gösterici olarak Ayla Ersoy hocamın yeri özeldir. Kendimi bir sanatçı olarak yetiştirmeye çalışıyorum; bu yolda elbette hayallerim ve hedeflerim var. Yurtdışında güzel sanatlar akademisinde eğitim almak istiyorum. Kendimi her daim geliştirme arzusu ve tutkusu içerisindeyim. Bu yolumda değerli insanlarla ve meslektaşlarla tanışmak gibi bit hedefim de var. Son olarak; eserlerimde Mussini yağlıboya kullanma yönelimi içerisindeyim.
