Katharina Stepper, 1991 in Pforzheim, Baden-Württemberg geboren und aufgewachsen, ist eine zeitgenössische Künstlerin und Architektin.
Sie wuchs in einem architektonisch, künstlerisch geprägten Elternhaus im Schwarzwald auf und besuchte die Goetheschule, Freie Waldorfschule Pforzheim. Mit einer sklupturalen Thesis schloss sie das Studium ‘Architektur und Stadtplanung’ der Universität Stuttgart mit grossem Erfolg ab. Danach zog sie nach Kopenhagen, wo sie im Bereich Architektur, Kunst und Design tätig war. Seit 2018 lebt und arbeitet sie in Mailand. Dort absolvierte sie mit Lode 2020 den Master of Science ‘Architettura delle Costruzioni’ am Politecnico di Milano.
2021 begann Stepper, ihre Werke in 2 Soloausstellungen und mehreren Gruppenausstellungen zu präsentieren.
Aktuell arbeitet sie hauptberuflich als freischaffende Künstlerin, wobei der Bezug zur Architektur in der Assistenz bei Professorin R.Neri am Politecnico fortbesteht.
Stepper hat bisher in Pforzheim, Stuttgart, London, Kopenhagen, New York, Rom und Mailand gelebt und gearbeitet und trägt mit ihrem Werk zur Sensibilisierung der künstlerischen Wahrnehmung von Ästhetik und Schönheit bei.
