"J’ai le souci constant d’explorer la couleur, la nature en est le chemin. Elle est source de formes et d’harmonies qui me bouleversent, florilège d’espace, mouvement, lumières, ordre et désordre, libre foisonnement de lumières, d’herbes, de fleurs, d’eau., Ce sont des tableaux plutôt abstraits mais avec des éléments figuratifs qui évoquent la nature d’une façon assez libre. C’est un travail gestuel, le corps est engagé dans la peinture dont la gamme chromatique nous renvoie au végétal.
La couleur est le vrai sujet de ma peinture, la voie qui détermine les formes et qui me permet de mettre à distance toute connotation illustrative."
