What are the advantages of leasing works of art?
- Financial Flexibility: You can enjoy exceptional, high-value works of art without a large initial investment.
- Tax Benefits: Receive potential tax benefits as rents can be deducted as a business expense.
How are the prices of monthly payments for leasing works of art set?
- The costs depend on the value of the work, the duration of the leasing contract, and any services included such as installation.
Can we buy the work after the leasing period?
- Yes, on ArtMajeur leasing contracts offer a purchase option at the end of the contract, allowing customers to acquire the work at a determined price (residual value).
How are the safety and insurance of works managed?
- Insurance during the duration of the rental contract is the responsibility of the customer. It is therefore important to check the details of your insurance contract to be sure that your leased works are covered in the event of damage.
What are the conditions for terminating the leasing contract before its end?
- Unless there are specific conditions, leasing contracts for works of art commit the client to payment of the entire price of the work; payments are therefore due until the end of the lease.

关于作者
I am both 2D and 3D artist, currently graduated at Art & Design Institute in Prague. My biggest art passion is multilayered abstract resin painting.
Still at the beginning of my journey, exploring and mastering the precise technology process I’m fascinated by layering the pigmented resin and the result it creates.
Layering pigmented resin is my way to communicate through colour, with the viewer having a physical and emotional response to the art based on their own perceptions and personal experiences. Pigmented epoxy resin is poured onto an acrylic base which is then manipulated to build up abstract layers of colour. The pigments within the lustrous resin adapt according to the light, reflecting and absorbing the surroundings with the work becoming a part of the space it inhabits. The visuals that these colourful, glossy orbs form have a depth and a three-dimensional aspect that catches the eye.
Colour can only be realised through the presence of light so by choosing to work with such a luminous medium, the colours in the works are enriched and the experience intensified.
My ongoing series is called MOODS and it brings abstract resin paintings in two formats - 50x50 cm and 100x100 cm.
Currently I'm working on CANDYSHOP series that was also my Bachelor thesis. The sweetiest motifs in mixed media - sketched in pastel, painted in acrylic and covered in tinted epoxy resin.
And I love collecting sneakers!
