JJ Julia (Yuliya Pochynok) is an artist from Hungary. Born and studied in Ukraine, graduated from Lviv National Art Academy then moved to beautiful Budapest. JJ Julia had 2 personal and several group exhibitions. Her works are in private collections in many European countries, Canada, the United States and Asia (India).
She explores woman's nature, femininity, emotions, forms and moods. Woman, a woman and nature and relationships between a woman and a man are her main interests. JJ Julia works mostly with oil paints on canvas, but experiments with acrylics and other materials. She tries not to repeat and copy herself, with every artwork JJ Julia invents some new approach, message, idea and style. JJ Julia bravely mixes abstract, expressionism, contemplation and humour, decorative elements and a combination of colours.
