关于作者
"I am opening my gallery in the center of Uppsala. Welcome Storgatan 23 c, Uppsala, Sweden" Olga Brink
Olga Brink was born in Minsk, Belarus. Since 2015, she has lived in Sweden with her family.
When Olga was 11 years old, she began studying at the Belarusian Art High School. After school she studied graphics at the Belarusian State Academy of Arts.
After completing her studies Olga made lithographs in limited editions and illustrations for children's books.
The painter works in different styles and mediums, but now she is more focused on watercolor painting.
"Olga Brink's technique showcases a refined command of watercolour, balancing vibrancy and subtlety. Her colour palette is both delicate and expressive, capturing the natural light and texture of her subjects. In terms of shape and composition, she creates a harmonious blend of detail and fluidity, with soft, undulating forms that emphasise the organic feel of her subject matter, whether flora, fauna, or human portraits. Her technique benefits from the inherent transparency of watercolour, which she layers skilfully to create depth and texture without losing the medium's characteristic luminosity. Her approach allows the viewer to appreciate both realism and artistic interpretation in her work, highlighting her sensitivity to the medium and subjects alike.
The strength of Olga Brink’s portfolio lies in her mastery of capturing the essence and soul of her subjects with a deft use of watercolour".
