Een Autodidactisch kunstenaar, die al schildert vanaf jongs af aan. Tijdens mijn studietijd was de keuze aan mij tussen de hotelschool en de kunstacademie/ grafische academie. Ik heb destijds voor de hotelschool gekozen en uiteindelijk het beroep van chef-kok gaan betreden. Wat ook een vorm van kunst is maar dan op een bord. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik altijd blijven tekenen en schilderen. Naast mijn werk heb ik een aantal cursussen gevolgd op het gebied van schilderen en tekenen. In 2013 kwam ik in een break voor mijn werk. In deze periode had ik veel vrije tijd en ben toen weer actiever gaan schilderen en heb ik mijn eigen weg gevonden in het abstract expressionisme. Een creatieve balans vinden tussen vormen, kleuren, lijnen, tinten en texturen. Dat is mijn vorm van schilderen. Al mijn schilderijen worden in lagen opgebouwd met gemixte media zodat je een mooi structuur krijgt met diepte in de schilderijen
