My name is René d'Ouvenou. I am 58 years old, born in Hungary and have French and Italian roots. Even as a child, I had abstract thoughts and ideas that often positioned me apart from the crowd. The people around me didn't always understand me, but that never bothered me. They tried to convey their familiar views to me, which were rarely in line with my personality.
After my training in graphic design, I discovered my true passion: thinking differently and developing new ideas! For many years, I worked successfully as a Creative Director Art in international advertising agencies, where my visions were understood and received with enthusiasm.
Later, I began to capture my thoughts and ideas on canvas myself and discovered my own reflection, my soul, in them. Working with acrylic paints always offers me new possibilities that I love and that continue to inspire my creative journey. My studio has been located in Latvia, Riga, since 2023.
