Plata es un pintor Alicantino afincado en Granada. Cursó Bellas artes en la Facultad Alonso Cano de Granada 2012-2018. Complementó su formación en la academia de pintura Azul de Cadmio (Madrid).
Dedicarse a la pintura y el dibujo no es algo que sólo se desarrolle en la academia, requiere mucho trabajo personal y mucha constancia de manera autónoma. Siempre se puede mejorar, nunca se deja de aprender.
Desde que era niño sentí atracción por las artes plásticas, sobre todo el dibujo y la representación. Me fascinaba poder generar esa ilusión de recrear el mundo a través de un lápiz y un papel.
Siempre ha sido un espectador de la vida, alguien que observa, toma la realidad como punto de partida y trata de plasmar lo que está le evoca. Nos transporta a una lectura distinta, a veces onírica y un tanto ambigua del entorno, ya sea en sus retratos como en sus paisajes urbanos o sus dibujos. La figura y su entorno como escenario de su obra.
