Soy un pintor autodidacta. Inicié mi formación artística a principio de los años 90, conociendo sucesivamente las técnicas del dibujo, del pastel y de la pintura; a la par que estudiaba las obras de los grandes artistas, sobretodo el arte realizado a partir de la 2ª mitad del sigo XIX: el impresionismo francés, el expresionismo de Europa del norte, el expresionismo abstracto norteamericano, Picasso, Chagall, Brancusi,…
Siento muy positivas todas estas influencias artísticas; incluso necesarias para el desarrollo de mi propia personalidad artística, pues he intentado interiorizarlas y comprenderlas, y así disponer de una herencia maravillosa, a partir de la cual poder construir mi propia obra.
Vengo exponiendo mi obra con regularidad en Madrid, ciudad en la que resido. También ha expuesto en el extranjero, en las ciudades de Miami y Bogotá. Mi obra ha sido seleccionada en certámenes nacionales e internacionales de pintura y está presente en la colección institucional del Museo del Ferrocarril de la Fundación de los Ferrocarriles Españoles y en la Biblioteca Nacional.
