Agnès Cellérier est une artiste française né en 1957. Elle s'est formée aux États-Unis dans l'atelier une femme peintre à Ardmor dans la banlieue de Philadelphie.
Elle se passionne d'abord pour l'aquarelle, appréciant particulièrement les effets délicats de la transparence puis approfondit la théorie de la couleur à l'École des Arts Appliqués une fois de retour à Paris en 1999. Elle poursuit sa formation par la pratique de la peinture à l'huile dans l'atelier de Jorge Borras, puis par la pratique intensive du dessin de modèle vivant à l'Atelier Libre des Peintres des Yvelines. Elle se consacre de nouveau à l'huile sur toile en 2014 en rejoignant l'atelier libre de l'Atelier Pièce Unique.
Elle reçoit en 2005 le premier prix de pastel au salon de mai à Noisy-le-Roi et en 2014 le premier prix de la peinture à l'huile au salon des arts du Pecq.
