Artiste français / street art, pochoir et photographie Né à Rennes en 1973 et travaillant à Paris. Photographe pour Paris Tonkar Magazine et pochoiriste. Pour partager les excursions collages dans les rues parisiennes avec ses amis artistes Tarek et Yarps, Mat Elbé apprend en 2013 les techniques du pochoir puis commence à coller des madones modernes et colorées sur les murs de la capitale. Pris au jeu de la création artistique, il met en scène ses pochoirs sur toile et expose son travail pour la première fois fin 2014 avec le collectif Partitions Urbaines.
Depuis cette première expérience en galerie, il a exposé dans plusieurs villes en France et à l’étranger.
