What are the advantages of leasing works of art?
- Financial Flexibility: You can enjoy exceptional, high-value works of art without a large initial investment.
- Tax Benefits: Receive potential tax benefits as rents can be deducted as a business expense.
How are the prices of monthly payments for leasing works of art set?
- The costs depend on the value of the work, the duration of the leasing contract, and any services included such as installation.
Can we buy the work after the leasing period?
- Yes, on ArtMajeur leasing contracts offer a purchase option at the end of the contract, allowing customers to acquire the work at a determined price (residual value).
How are the safety and insurance of works managed?
- Insurance during the duration of the rental contract is the responsibility of the customer. It is therefore important to check the details of your insurance contract to be sure that your leased works are covered in the event of damage.
What are the conditions for terminating the leasing contract before its end?
- Unless there are specific conditions, leasing contracts for works of art commit the client to payment of the entire price of the work; payments are therefore due until the end of the lease.

关于作者
I was born in a small city in Romania in 1985, my parents got separated when I was 11 months, and so I was sent to be raised by my paternal grandmother.
My life as a child growing with my Nana was amazing. First I got to live in a veritable old house (made out of clay and hay)—some pay for this experience in our days—and play and touch animals. I learned to plant seeds and grow my own food and find my own water. I also learned how to work in the fields. None of these ever came useful as I grew older, but you never know.
The 7 years spent in the little village were probably the ones that most marked my artistic approach and the development of my imagination. My grandmother used to tell me stories about dragons, and fairies, and witches, about the war and how she survived it. I got to run on mountains and see every possible color, beauty, and difficulties of each season.
I used to draw a lot when I was a child, and I was pretty good at it, but I was never encouraged to take the artist path in life. Furthermore, I was instead pushed towards a more realistic and grounded job: economist. I never felt any satisfaction with it, although it put food on my table for over a decade, but it never felt challenging nor gave me any positive emotion.
Two years ago, when the pandemic started, I quit my job, and decided that it was time for me to do what I like doing and spend more time with my family. I took the first year as a sabbatical and started making clay fairy houses for my daughters, we painted them together and that was great quality time spent with them. But I still needed to put food on the table so, I had to do something and earn some money. And that is how I started to dot paint.
I felt in love with this kind of art because I felt it calming my soul, and giving me joy. It is indeed pure meditation and art therapy.
So after filling all my house and my friends and relatives houses with my art, I need a bigger house, or start selling my art.
So here I am! Trying to make a living out of my hobby.
I hope you will enjoy my pieces.
