Marcos André Cavalcante Almeida, artista plástico, poeta e designer gráfico nascido em 10 de novembro de 1966. Sua projenitora: Dilza de Holanda Cavalcante nasceu em Florença na Italia. Cadastrado na Secretaria de Cultura de Brasília-DF sob Nº 245/11 e cadastro de Ente e Agente Cultural (CEAC), cadastrado no Salic do Ministério da Cultura, reconhecido na Associação Brasileira Desenho e Artes Visuais ABD, Rio de Janeiro. Reconhecido como artista comendador, foi premiado em concursos de salões de arte e literatura com três medalhas de ouro, duas medalhas especial, uma medalha de destaque, um troféu em literatura. Contemplado com um troféu (Prêmio Excelência Cultural ABD 2013) e um (troféu Elizabeth Kinga Melhores do Ano de 2015), uma medalha de mérito cultural JCarlos e uma de comendador. Foi premiado com certificado de Menção Honrosa no concurso de literatura da ADABL Associação do Diplomados da Academia Brasileira de Letras Rio de Janeiro. Fez quatro exposições no SESC de Brasília-DF e uma na Biblioteca Demonstrativa. Tem poemas publicados em antologia e coletânea da Editora Celeiro de Escritores – São Paulo. Publicações nas revistas de antologia: EISFLUÊNCIAS e FÊNIX de Portugal. Certificado do concurso Artmajeur Award 2018 com 215 votos. Categoria Platinum.
