J'ai toujours dessiné et peint dès mon plus jeune âge. J'ai fait mon premier tableau à l'age de sept ans. J'ai toujours vécu en Provence, bercée par toutes ces couleurs et le chant des cigales.
Auto-didacte, issue d'une famille de créateurs plutôt dans le monde de la mode et particulièrement dans la chaussure, je suis dans la peinture comme un jardinier est dans ses fleurs.
Ma peinture est instinctive, le pinceau étant naturellement le prolongement de ma main, je peins ce que je ressens. J'aime les couleurs chaudes et chatoyantes, les courbes, les formes généreuses.J'ai commencé à faire des expositions en 1978.
En 1996 j'ai écrit un livre à la demande de "Ulysseditions", sur ma façon de peindre, sans aucune référence et qui n'engage que moi, "Les natures mortes en toute simplicité". J'y explique comment je démarre un tableau, la préparation de mes toiles, le dessin, mes mélanges de couleurs, avec des mots simples
