Artur Mloian

Artur Mloian, an artist who lives and works in Kyiv (Ukraine), engaged in painting, graphics and photography. He considers himself a self-taught artist, since he left the university after a year of training. In his works Artur Mloian often mixes painting with graphics, graphics with painting, creates photographs that are more like oil paintings. According to him, it is difficult for him to keep the generally accepted canons, they are too crowded, so he tries in every way to avoid figurative decorativeness and artificiality in his works. Plunging into the work process, Artur Mloian tries to discard all possible conventions, concentrate on the inner experiences of the moment, on what is outside the visible, and make it visible.
