I am a fine artist working primarily with graphite, ink, and painting. My practice has always been less about technique alone and more about the search for meaning within symbols, silence, and the human presence. I did not come to art through a traditional academy route, but through a gradual process of confronting fear, uncertainty, and the blank page. Over time, I learned to treat each surface not as an obstacle but as an invitation, and that lesson continues to shape my approach today.
My background in Oriental and Cultural Studies, along with a deep interest in philosophy, informs much of my creative language. I am drawn to the ways in which mythology, cultural memory, and everyday human stories overlap and echo through time. Travel has also been a formative influence: many of my works were created in transient spaces, with little more than paper, pencils, and a suitcase beside me. These conditions left their mark, instilling in my art a sense of impermanence and resilience.
Precision and discipline are essential to my process, yet I value emotion and atmosphere above perfection. Each drawing or painting becomes a reflection of inner questions, contradictions, and dualities rather than a fixed answer. I see my work as a continuous dialogue between past and present, cultures and individuals, silence and expression.
