Thomas Lange is een hedendaagse schilder gevestigd in Polen. In zijn schilderijen combineert hij kubisme, colorisme en cloisonnisme. Lange was gefascineerd door het colorisme van de fauvist, Henri Matisse en het post-impressionisme van Paul Gauguin, die het cloisonnisme als stijl gebruikte, wat hem ertoe bracht zijn eigen benadering te ontwikkelen.

Zijn schilderijen zijn levendig gekleurd. Sommige van zijn schilderijen maken gebruik van de kleurmengmethode (pointillisme) die Georges Seurat gebruikte in zijn neo-impressionistische stijl. De kunstenaar wil vrolijke kunstwerken maken van de meest basale composities die verschillende gebeurtenissen in het leven van verschillende velden verbeelden.
