A mandala generally represents the spiritual journey, starting from outside to the inner core, through layers. In spiritual or religious process, a mandala is a period of approximately 40 days in which time the human system completes one physiological cycle.
A mandala is typically a geometric configuration of symbols. In various spiritual traditions, mandalas may be employed for focusing attention of practitioners and adepts, as a spiritual guidance tool, for establishing a sacred space and as an aid to meditation and trance induction.
I wrote an album entitled "Mandala" - a collection of meditation music - a while back, and this gallery contains the images that look like the sounds sounds like in my mind

Biography
Taylormade Studios is a voluntary (but paid) collective in London delivering quality continuous professional development to artists through collaborative projects in video, film, music, visual art and sculpture. Vidal Montgomery is the originator of the studios and has developed his musical background in and through other media. Recent exhibitions have included the Collective maker's "Black In Full Colour" Exhibition in Woolwich and Bow Arts Open Studios curated by Baesianz .
