Today, humanity has to cope with the rapid pace of technological, cultural and social changes. While these changes constantly shape people's identities, perceptions and lifestyles, the changing images of humans competing with time in the modern age constitute a deeply examined subject of sculpture art.
Sculpture functions like a mirror that reflects the physical and spiritual evolution of humans. From ancient times to the present day, the anatomical details, emotional expressions and physical postures of the figures in the sculptures display the evolving nature of humans. While the perfect body lines and idealized human forms in the ancient Greek period reflect the understanding of beauty of that period, in contemporary sculpture art, the complex emotions, internal conflicts and diversity of humans are expressed more clearly.
The development of technology also plays an important role in sculpture art. Computer-aided design and 3D printing technologies allow sculptors to create more complex and innovative works. These technologies enable the emergence of sculptures that reflect people's changing perceptions, lifestyles and relationships with technological progress. For example, the digital addiction and virtual reality experiences of the modern age are addressed with the influence of technology in some sculptures and reflect the complex relationship of humans with the digital world.

Çini ve Seramik Sanatında İz Bırakan Sanatçı: Selma Keleş
Selma Keleş, Konya'nın Akşehir ilçesinde doğdu. Sanata olan tutkusu ve yeteneği onu DPÜ Çini ve Seramik Bölümü'ne yönlendirdi. Burada aldığı eğitimle sanat dünyasında kendine sağlam bir yer edinmeye başladı.
Eğitiminin ardından Keleş, çeşitli saygın kurumlarda çalışma deneyimi kazandı. Altın Çini ve İznik Vakfı gibi tanınmış kurumlarda görev alarak çini ve seramik sanatının inceliklerini öğrenme fırsatı yakaladı. Ayrıca Saim Collection ile iş birliği yaparak sanat alanında da adını duyurmaya başladı.
Sanat kariyerindeki en önemli dönemlerden biri I DREAMED OF ART markasının tasarımı ve COSMOS tekniğinin geliştirilmesiydi. Bu teknik var olan, var olmuş ve var olabilecek olanın bütününü temsil ediyordu. Keleş, bu çalışmasıyla sanat dünyasında büyük ilgi gördü.
Uzun süre Ahmet Güneştekin ile Zülkarneyn ve Laleş destanı üzerinde çalışarak sanatını daha da derinleştirdi. Bu işbirliği ona yeni bakış açıları kazandırdı ve sanatının gelişmesini destekledi.
Sanatçının önemli başarıları arasında; So Art'ın son yaprak karma sergisinde "Blurred Vision Judgment Day" adlı yapıtının sergilenmesi ve kendi üslubuyla Geleceğin Ustaları Yarışması'nda üçüncülük kazanması yer alıyor. Ayrıca YEDİTEPE BİENALİ'nin Uzaydan Taşan Uluslararası Sergisi'nde "INCEPTION" adlı üç boyutlu yapıtıyla dikkat çekti.
Çini ve seramik sanatında kapsamlı bilgi ve deneyim, yaratıcı tasarım yeteneği, işbirliği ve ekip çalışması becerileri, sergi hazırlama ve düzenleme yetkinliği onun yetenekleri arasındadır. Bu beceriler, sanat dünyasında başarılı bir kariyer sürdürmesini sağlar.
Selma Keleş, sanatsal yaşamında birçok ödül ve başarı elde etti. 5. Geleceğin Ustaları Yarışması'nda üçüncülük ödülü kazanması, sanatının ne kadar değerli ve etkileyici olduğunun bir göstergesidir.
