I am a visual artist working primarily in drawing, painting, and more recently, printmaking. My practice focuses on everyday scenes—bars, streets, conversations—capturing moments that feel both familiar and timeless. These recurring images serve as personal reflections, often connected to key memories or turning points in my life.
Since 2021, I’ve created an extensive series of charcoal drawings, each treated as a complete work rather than a preparatory sketch. My paintings continue these themes, allowing for technical improvisation and the layering of decorative motifs in place of traditional spatial perspective.
Literature and memory deeply influence my work, especially the writings of Emile Zola and Patrick Modiano, alongside artistic references such as Florencio Molina Campos, Antonio Seguí, and Matisse. Recently, I’ve begun exploring etching and lithography as new extensions of my visual language.
