Born May 29, 1985 in Vitebsk.
In 1991-2002 studied at Vitebsk District Oktyabrskaya Secondary School
In 2002-2003 studied at Warsaw High School of Physical Culture and Tourism (incomplete higher education)
In 2004 entered Vitebsk State University of Technology (VSUT), Art and Technology department. Specialized in communicative design. Graduated in 2009. Obtained a designer qualification.
Since 2009 has worked as an art designer at Yakub Kolas National Academic Drama Theatre in Vitebsk.
Member of the Belarusian Union of Artists since 2015.
Exhibitions:
- April 2014 - international competition of art works "Cut in the art" at Mikhail Shemyakin foundation in St. Petersburg.
- April 2014 - international art exhibition "Secrets of Life" by the art project "Pulse" at the Central House of Artists in Moscow. Natalya Ermolova became the 2nd prize winner and was awarded a diploma and a silver medal.
- May 2014 - personal exhibition "Drawing an autobiography” at Vitebsk Art Museum. The painting "Crossroads" was handed over to the museum fund.
- September 2014 - international Contest of artwork "Metaphysical head" at Mikhail Shemyakin foundation in St. Petersburg.
- June 2015 - international painting contest at the Foundation "The Three Bridges" in Warsaw (Poland).
- November 2015 - art exhibition dedicated to the issue of the international art book "Women's image in contemporary art" at the House of Culture "Rublyovo" in Moscow.
- May 2016 - exhibition of the creative association "Square root". Presentation of the project "Figurative new phenomenon" at Vitebsk Art Museum.
- January 2017 – International Art Exhibition «SZEMÉLYES BUDAPEST» («Private.Budapest»). MOMO, Budapest.
- April 2017 – The world art project "The Place Where the Light Is". Exhibition "Lighting the Stars" at Moscow Central House of Artists. 1st prize winner in a In the nomination "Young artist".
Creative attitude:
Natalya’s work is based on synthesis, a logical mixing of different artistic flows into one’s own visual culture. This makes it possible to reconcile the most contradictory and irreconcilable artists.
By organizing the canvas in a specific way, Natalya Ermolova creates her own style. She does not care about the integrity of the depicted object, she can get rid of almost everything and leave to herself exactly what she personally needs. She can add something that doesn’t exist, fill the space with it.
There are loads of issues that need to be addressed: good and evil, love and hate, birth and death. Figurative art influences the personality, gives us aesthetic pleasure.
Art is on the good side, it should evoke positive emotions and make people think, love and hate, laugh and cry, act well. Natalya tries to absolutely sincerely reveal the painful themes. She takes a pause in the pace of modern world that is now saturated with information, so that we can stop and ask ourselves "why?"
