Diplômée en 2003 de la Faculté des Arts de l'Université Marie Curie de Lublin dans l'atelier de peinture du professeur Jacek Wojciechowski, Marta Lipowska utilise la technique de peinture à l'huile sur toile. Elle s'inspire de la nature. Ses œuvres représentent des scènes de la vie quotidienne, mais la lumière et la couleur y occupent une place prépondérante.
Elle a présenté ses œuvres lors de nombreuses expositions en Pologne et à l'étranger (Italie, Allemagne, Belgique, Pays-Bas, Royaume-Uni, Slovaquie). Elle a remporté plusieurs prix et récompenses dans le domaine de la peinture. En 2008, elle a été incluse dans la liste des artistes polonais les plus prometteurs âgés de moins de 35 ans, "Boussole de l’Art Nouveau". Ses œuvres font partie de collections privées dans le monde entier (Pologne, États-Unis, Royaume-Uni, France, Suisse, Allemagne, Italie, Pays-Bas, Belgique, République tchèque, Russie, Norvège, Irlande, Espagne, Japon).
