Eclettico, sperimentatore, dipinge tele aniconiche mono/bicromatiche in acrilico, di medie o di grandi dimensioni. Recentemente, si applica anche alla ceramica smaltata, per la realizzazione di VASI, CONCREZIONI e CROCI.
Pur partendo da una modellazione convenzionale - senza alcun rigido progetto predefinito, se non per escludere ogni riferimeno "minimalista" o "stiloso" tanto caro agli architetti/designer di genere -, l'autore procede in un "work in progress" di libera, istintiva espressione formale, dall'evidente "sprezzatura" plastico/decorativa, alla quale non è disgiunto il risultato cromatico - sempre inaspettato - che l'alchimia della fusione in cottura implica.
Con i VASI, la ceramica è ancora pensata nel suo funzionale approccio antròpico - come da sempre si è realizzata -, mentre con le CONCREZIONI, il prodotto materiale è liberato, in modo radicale, non solo dalla mimesi naturalistica e/o figurativa, ma anche e soprattutto dallo statuto di necessità.
I risultati finali - per entrambe le tipologie, ma soprattutto per le CONCREZIONI - privano l'oggetto materiale da ogni sua possibile, o troppo facile, riconoscibilità, tanto da essere percepito come pura evocazione di una presenza "organicistica" ancestrale, anche spiazzante, senz'altro atemporale.
