“Four Scripts”
From June 16-23 a week-long exhibition of arts titled “Four Scripts” was displayed in the UN House. Four talented young artists took part – Rima Azatyan, Narine Grigoryan, Lilit Vardanyan, and Marine Avanesyan. They are friends who mostly create their works together. The main two phenomena that link them are the nature and the art. After passing the love and the impression received from nature through their own specter they try to transmit it to canvas and paper. The four mostly draw in plein air (in open air, outside), sometimes going for trips, the aim of which is to encounter and draw a new piece of nature. Sometimes they even draw the same piece but with different approaches and modes of expression. The works of Rima Azatyan are also drawn with oil paint. Through her works she tried to emphasize the color and the mode of color in the nature. Rima’s paintings have decorative nature, thus being painted with general strokes of the brush mostly reflecting colors and their synthesis. Contacts: ; (374 10)552749; (374 93)386135; rimas
