Rafał Dobosz is a Polish-born painter based in Birkenhead, United Kingdom, whose emotionally charged works blend expressive abstraction with cosmic surrealism. Working exclusively with oil paints, Rafał creates both on canvas and wood panels, ranging from small formats to large-scale compositions. His preferred techniques include glazing (lasur), brushwork, and palette knife application—each used to evoke depth, energy, and transformation.
Although drawn to art from a young age, Rafał returned to painting later in life, discovering it as a medium for healing, meditation, and emotional transmission. His abstract works are spontaneous yet intentional, translating the day’s emotional current into bold, vibrant compositions.
