No Matt's Land
NML grew up reading Superman comic books and watching Dragon Ball anime. Those were the initial inspirations to get the pencil out and start doodling. Creating stories through imagery has always been the passion, and as the art evolved, so has the stories, yet essentially drawing from the childhood dreams of flight. To boil it down to a singular catalyst, it has been just that - the dream to fly.
NML's first exhibition was at the age of 14 in Hong Kong, and followed up with another one 3 years later. NML's latest exhibition was in Los Angeles in 2006. Throughout the years, NML has been involved in several art installations and projects in both Hong Kong and Los Angeles.
NML now resides in Hong Kong, currently experimenting with large canvas and lots of paint.
