Covadonga Castro, artiste multidisciplinaire, est né à Madrid en 1993. Dès son plus jeune âge, son amour passionné pour les arts l'a conduit à poursuivre une carrière dans ce domaine. Il a obtenu un diplôme en scénographie, avant de se perfectionner davantage en obtenant un master en beaux-arts à Cracovie, en Pologne.
Après deux années enrichissantes en Pologne, Covadonga a décidé de retourner en Espagne, s'installant sur l'île d'Ibiza pour suivre un cours d'un an sous la tutelle d'un maître céramiste. Cette expérience a profondément marqué son parcours artistique, l'incitant à explorer davantage le monde de la céramique.
Au bout de trois ans, ressentant le besoin de changement, Covadonga a pris la décision audacieuse de s'installer en Normandie. C'est là-bas qu'il a consolidé sa passion pour la peinture, élargissant son expression artistique en intégrant la céramique et la photographie argentique à son répertoire.
Sa série de points, inspirée par les magnifiques paysages sauvages de Normandie, reflète la sérénité et le calme des changements saisonniers et lumineux. Covadonga traduit ces paysages en toiles de milliers de points dispersés dans l'espace, certains visibles, d'autres presque imperceptibles. Son art captivant offre une expérience visuelle unique, invitant le spectateur à plonger dans la beauté éphémère et changeante de la nature à travers le prisme de son expression artistique singulière.
