Bettina Dupont, geboren in 1996, is een Franse hedendaagse kunstenaar. Ze is een autodidact kunstenaar. In 2011 begon ze conceptuele fotografie te leren en in 2023 leerde ze schilderen om een andere manier van creëren te verkennen.
Ze gebruikt symboliek en haalt inspiratie uit populaire overtuigingen om personages en verhalen te bedenken rond verschillende thema's die betrekking hebben op de menselijke conditie. Ze onderzoekt onze relatie met de tijd, ons begrip van goed en kwaad, maar meer in het algemeen onze wereld en onze huidige samenleving.
Door eenvoudige composities en indrukwekkende kleuren is over elk detail nagedacht. Ik houd ervan dat mijn werken vragen stellen, reflectie uitlokken en dat elke kijker ze op zijn eigen manier interpreteert.
