Patrick Kessler is een professionele fotograaf-kunstenaar. Het is lang geleden dat hij langs de bosrand begon te lopen, een oude camera in zijn hand. Daar ontdekte hij het plezier van technologie en dat van het zijn in de natuur. Na verloop van tijd studeerde en las hij veel literatuur over fotografie, licht en de fysica ervan. Hij was ook geïnteresseerd in veel schilders, een kwestie van het naast elkaar bestaan van kleuren, geometrieën teruggebracht tot twee dimensies.
Zijn favoriete mediums voor fotografie zijn water en bergen met hun respectievelijke leefwerelden. Vandaag bewerkt hij een aantal van mijn foto's tot creatieve beelden. Hij trainde in elektronische tekeningen en potloodtekeningen.
Onlangs schilderde hij zijn eerste schilderijen, een culturele knipoog naar de ontdekking van de meesters in het veld, enkele decennia geleden. Hij is wat men noemt een gepassioneerde en nieuwsgierige autodidact, liefdevolle kunst.
