Leopold Brix is een kunstenaar wiens manier van kunst maken een camera en een computer gebruikt om beelden te creëren. Fotograferen en beelden maken fascineert hem al bijna 60 jaar. Hij noemt zichzelf een beeldmaker. Elk beeld toont zijn persoonlijke visie op de wereld en moet een impact hebben op de kijker. Een heel kleine hoeveelheid, maar als het klapperen van de vleugels van een vlinder die de toekomst van onze planeet moet veranderen.
Leopold Brix werd in 1951 geboren in Wenen, de Oostenrijkse hoofdstad. Zijn interesse in fotografie begon als kind en hij werkt als kunstfotograaf sinds 1974. Hij woont momenteel in het kleine stadje Tulln, nabij de Donau in Oostenrijk, en zijn foto's worden getoond in verschillende internationale galerijen voor beeldende kunstfotografie.
