Sergio Assis is een kunstenaar-fotograaf die al sinds zijn 14e gefascineerd is door fotografie. Als professional heeft hij verschillende individuele fototentoonstellingen gehouden en in 2018 publiceerde hij zijn eerste fotoboek over het Serra do Japi-bos in São Paulo, Brazilië.
