Juan Sly is een Urban Pop Art-kunstenaar die zich voornamelijk uitdrukt door middel van spuitstencils en oliën. Hij haalt zijn inspiratie uit populaire cultuurbeelden uit zowel hedendaagse als vroegere tijden, en voegt ze vakkundig samen tot frisse en tot nadenken stemmende concepten voor het publiek van vandaag. Zijn kunstwerken schommelen tussen ernst en speelsheid en combineren vaak beide elementen in zijn boeiende creaties. Zijn kunstwerken omvatten een breed spectrum, variërend van humoristisch tot anti-oorlog, van seks tot surrealistische thema's.
