Sandra Ludwig ist eine zeitgenössische Malerin und ausgebildete aktive Klinikclownin. Inspiriert und gefördert wurde sie in den Ateliers von Relindis Agethen, Gerhard Foltin sowie bei Christine Schön. Seit September 2023 studiert sie an der freien Kunstakademie in Mannheim.
Zur Zeit reizt sie die Reduktion des einfachen Zeichnens und die Portrait-Malerei. Dabei bleibt der Mensch ihr Lieblingsthema - auch durch die Liebe zu ihrem zweiten Beruf als Klinikclownin.
Der Versuch Zerbrechlichkeiten und flüchtige Momente der Emotion, welche den wahren, liebenden Menschen zum Vorschein bringen wiederzugeben, treibt sie dabei an. Scheinbare Nichtigkeiten werden so zu spannenden Details. Da unterschiedliche Situationen, in denen sich Momente der Begegnung ereignen, sie zu unterschiedlichen Medien greifen lässt, ist eine klare Stilrichtung eher schwierig. Das Ergebnis ist somit immer wieder bis zum Schluss ein Suchen und kein eigentliches Ende.
