De Artcade Bites zijn gemaakt door een van de beroemdste arcadespellen uit de jaren 80 te stylen en de veelzijdigheid van hars te gebruiken.
De kunstenaar wilde verzamelaars en liefhebbers een "voorproefje van die tijd" geven door een historisch videogamepictogram uit de jaren 80 te gebruiken als een reservoir van herinneringen uit deze tijd. De ontwerpen zijn bedoeld om de videogames, popcultuurreferenties en andere items uit die tijd nieuw leven in te blazen, terwijl ze behouden blijven als tijdloze representaties van die tijd, en een "smaak" van de jaren tachtig geven met een vleugje design.
