Hij beschouwt het Oost-Aziatische communisme als een onderwerp vol thema's als verzinsel en machtswellust, die volgens hem hebben bijgedragen aan het creëren van een beschaving die demonisch is en voor onbepaalde tijd in cirkels blijft ronddraaien. Loi Nguyen Duc, geboren in 1981 in Vietnam, vervolgde zijn artistieke opleiding aan de Hanoi Fine Arts University. Duc's kunst, die zijn werken zowel in Duitsland als in zijn geboorteland Vietnam tentoonstelt, fascineert kijkers met zijn inzichtelijke commentaar op de complexiteit van de moderne samenleving.
