The Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood is a former Russian Orthodox church in Saint Petersburg, Russia which currently functions as a secular museum. The structure was constructed between 1883 and 1907. It is one of Saint Petersburg's major attractions.
The church was erected on the site where political nihilists assassinated Emperor Alexander II in March 1881. The church was funded by the Romanov imperial family in honor of Alexander II, and the suffix "on [Spilled] Blood" refers to his assassination.

Hi there! My name is Elena and I'm a professional full-time artist from Russia.
Since graduation, I have successfully combined my creative activities in the field of watercolor and oil painting, and arts and crafts with my day-to-day office work. I have over 30 years of work experience in painting and also I have more than 24 years of work experience selling art. I have repeatedly participated in exhibitions and painting competitions, I was engaged in design activities, participated in plenaries, took part in design projects, and also proved myself as a professional copyist. In 1989 I graduated with honors from the Izhevsk art school. In 1997 I graduated from the graphic arts faculty of Udmurt State University.
