At first glance, it's just deserted landscapes painted in oil on canvas. But if you turn off the light, the day will turn into night and we will see the light of the moon on the waves. It is written with a transparent phosphor on top of the main paint layer. Night is the oldest symbol of death. But we are never left in the dark. The moon, reflecting the light of the sun, illuminates the landscape, gives us hope and reminds us that night always gives way to day. Just as death will be replaced by a new life.
The picture is painted with the use of Masha's proprietary technology. It glows in the dark, because of luminophore.
The luminophore is covered with a transparent varnish. It is absolutely safe and stable.
In order to glow in the dark, the picture must be in daylight (from a window or lamp) to charge the luminophore. In the darkness the landscape will glow for 5 to 8 hours with gradual fading. The exact time and brightness of the glow depends on the strength and duration of charging from the light
(The luminophore is not phosphorus. It is 100 % safe)
The glow looks very natural. It resembles moonlight falling from a window. The glow will be bright enough to admire the picture, while not interfering with sleep and evening rest in the room

Hi. My name is Masha Danilovskaia, I am artist-painter. Plenty of artists try to show and even solve problems of the contemporary world with their works. But, I strive to create the world living beyond them. This world does not know about dishonesty and environmental disasters. It’s primeval. It has a few or no people at all. I would love a spectator to get a rear pleasure of being alone with himself, away from the everyday bustle and city speeds. During the painting I often imagine this or that work inside the interior. Where can it be placed? What mood will it create? After all, we need pictures not to hang them in museums indeed. Pictures should live in people’s homes and change the world quietly. As it is said we create ourselves with things we choose to talk, listen and watch on.
