I was born in Ukraine but have been living with my family in Ireland for more than 22 years. I have drawn and carved wood since childhood. In Ukrainian homes, it is a tradition to have embroidered pillows, towels, shirts, and wooden carved toys for children.

All my life I have been engaged in art as a hobbyist. A few years ago I finally decided to dedicate all my time to art. The works of the Ukrainian artist – Ivan Marchuk – Irish – Jim Fitzpatrick – and American Jackson Pollock – had a big influence on me.

Since I started studying art, I’ve been getting more and more into painting, I’m interested in trying different painting styles and also inventing new acrylic and oil painting techniques.

I work with painting, drawings, sculpting, and wood carving.
