As I child, I didn’t like playing human dolls or drawing humans, and I liked pretending an animal the most. Horses and ducks were among my favourite, although I tried many roles, however to my regret, many of them didn’t really suit me, for example dinosaurs. Only many years later I realised, that I myself if was animal, just domesticated. Despite being a perfectly domestic animal, I enjoy occasional migrations and let my imagination run wild, as far as cosmic realms sometimes. This is where I truly dissociate with strictly human nature and explore other, more animalistic sides that are present to this day. Sometimes I compensate the shortcomings of my real body, like with this cat-woman who never suffers from joint aches. She has fully accepted the shadow side of her psychic and gradually integrated it into daily life. She isn’t bothered whether her fur is smooth, or if she has weird marks, she graciously browses through space and live visible imprints that look like her cosmic silhouettes That way she never loses sight or purpose or feels lonely, even when she’s truly alone.

The drawing is 42 * 29.7 cm H/W.
The work is full of small details and of excellent quality, high resolution, unframed.
I used markers to create texture of the skin (or fur) and shimmering cosmic lights.
The artwork is mysterious and contains lots of symbols, it would look perfect in a study room or a living-room.

Técnica Dibujo

El dibujo es una técnica de representación visual sobre un soporte plano. El término "dibujar" designa tanto la acción de dibujar, el trabajo gráfico resultante como la forma de cualquier objeto. También es una representación en una superficie de la forma (y posiblemente los valores de luz y sombra) de un objeto o figura, en lugar de su color. Existe una gran cantidad de técnicas de dibujo: el “dibujo lineal” representa los objetos por sus contornos, bordes y algunas líneas características; más allá de este límite, el dibujo se desarrolla representando el volumen mediante sombras, muchas veces mediante rayado, incorpora colores y une, sin transición clara, la pintura.

An aspiring artist from the heart of Siberia doomed to warm up all my joints every 40-60 minutes due to a genetic condition. A socially awkward extroverted introvert, sexually attracted to music.

I've been drawing and painting for as long as I remember. Mainly horses, dinosaurs and other fantastic beats I imagined. I enjoyed coming up with a backstory for every creature I created: like, where it lived, or how it behaved, what happened to it, or if it had any friends or family. Oftentimes, I wrote those stories by hand on the back of the drawings.

In my teens, when I finally had an Internet access, I came across a manga & anime forum where contemporary artists tried this art style for the first time. I got mesmerised and spent hours looking at their artworks, they looked so fresh, nothing like I've seen before. Then I got into watching anime. At that time, it wasn't as popular and there were no online streaming services, so I had to put some effort to find a series to watch. Surprisingly enough, I didn't want to copy this style, I just liked certain elements to it and the sense freedom of expression. Its creativity blew my mind and influenced me a lot. It was then and there that I met my first artistic love -- a contemporary artist by the pen-name Nonhuman. And it struck me for the first time: you don't have to be dead and part of history to be an artist. I realised I could very well become an artist myself.

Although a self-taught artist, I enjoy attending courses, workshops and lessons here and there and will continue doing so to ensure further quality growth. I am open to experimenting, collaborations and willing to try different styles.
