Biography
Mathias Sager is a Swiss painter with international recognition who creates abstract representations of spiritual value. He fuels his artistic process with his discovered Awareness Intelligence, which is the ability to expand and systematically use one’s thinking in the full scope of time and social relationships in a triadic constellation. The triangle and number 3 are recurring in all his work and reflect the mantra of overcoming dualistic views.
Preferring acrylic on canvas and wood panel, the works intrigue with depth and details resulting from a courageous and labor-intensive layering of paint and structures using various tools.
