Mariia Raskin is a contemporary award-winning abstract painter based in Turkey. She is filled with the energy of delight from the infinitely large universe, the splendor of nature, and the joy of life, which she lovingly expresses in her paintings, whether they are abstract landscapes or portraits. Her method of painting, which combines acrylic and glass paints, enables her to realize certain concepts and create uncommon and rich color palettes. Mariia Raskin was born in 1979, in Kazakhstan. She graduated from the Textile University, Department of Fine Arts in Moscow, Russia, and Triphon Icon Painting School in Moscow, Russia. Raskin exhibited her paintings in Turkey, Spain, USA, Switzerland, Czechia and Russia. She is a member of the International Association of Art.
