Mammadhuseyn Huseynov

ABOUT
Mammadhuseyn Huseynov is one of the leading art figure of Azerbaijan. He is scientific researcher and professor of Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts and expert of Azerbaijan Carpet Museum. His book "Pazyryk Rug and Universe of Symbols" is first extensive scientific monograph about the ancient rug sample of the world.

1988-1990 – Art School named after Repin, Saint Peterburg
1990-1996 – Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art, Baku
Member of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan

HONORS
2003- Special Reward for ""Soufi" artwok by The Ministry of Youth of Azerbaijan Republic.
2018 – Honored Artist of Azerbaijan Republic.

His artworks were exibited in exhibitions and artshows in Turkey, India, Belarussia, Russia, Germany, Iran.
